Meet Shae
10 + years Beauty Industry Experience
Meet Shae
Hi, I’m Shaemain “Shae”, a licensed esthetician and the heart behind Taja Skin Loft.
With over six years of experience, my passion lies in helping women feel confident in their natural skin through bespoke facials, personalized education, and a gentle, holistic approach to skincare.
I understand what it feels like to struggle with your skin—and to feel unseen or misunderstood in the beauty space. That experience is what inspired me to create Taja Skin Loft as more than a facial studio. It’s a calm, private sanctuary where you’re invited to pause, reset, and feel genuinely cared for.
My Journey
My journey into skincare began in 2014 as an independent beauty sales representative for a well-known beauty and household brand. Through building meaningful client relationships, I discovered a deeper passion for skincare and education.
Wanting to create more effective, thoughtful solutions—especially for melanin-rich skin—I furthered my education and earned my Esthetician and Spa Management Diploma from Humber College in Toronto, Ontario.
As I continued working closely with clients, I recognized a need for skincare that was gentle, intentional, and safe for concerns commonly experienced by melanin-rich skin. That realization shaped the foundation of Taja Skin Loft.
How I Support You
I’m professional, knowledgeable, and deeply committed to supporting your skincare goals.
I’m committed to ongoing education in the care of melanin-rich skin, ensuring every treatment is thoughtful, safe, and supportive of long-term skin health.
My approach is rooted in education, consistency, and respect for your skin, so you feel informed, empowered, and confident throughout your journey.
At Taja Skin Loft, your skin is never rushed, overtreated, or overlooked.
You deserve care that feels personal, supportive, and intentional—because confidence begins with feeling seen in your skin.
